Specifications & Scaling

Scaling in one dimension, for Hull Length, simply divide the original length by the scale factor.  Sail Area is a two dimensional property -- divide the original 311 sq ft by the square of the scale factor.  Displacement is a three dimensional property requiring division by the scale factor cubed.  Considering the empty weight at 3,420 and adding two adults along with some odds and ends, the scaled weight comes to about 25 - 26 lbs.

Scale the print to achieve the Beam dinimion of 14-1/8 inches.

The actual cut should be 1/8 in inside the outline of the frame to account for the 1/8 x 1/4 in Planking.

The design Water Line is at level "D".
